Among Countries Globally on Internet Security Threat Activities

BANGKOK, Thailand – May 9, 2014 – Symantec’s Internet Security Threat Report, Volume 19 (ISTR), shows a significant shift in cybercriminal behavior – after lurking in the shadows for the first 10 months of 2013, cybercriminals unleashed the most damaging series of cyberattacks in history.

On April 23, 2014, Symantec announced the key findings of the ISTR Vol.19 at a press event held at the St Regis Hotel, Bangkok, and highlighted that Thailand’s cyber security threat profile has declined with a ranking at 28th globally last year.
