Strengthens regional network throughout South East AsiaGHC ASIA

 Bangkok, 2 June 2015 – GHC Asia, a leading regional public relations network specializing in the luxury lifestyle sector, has entered into a strategic alliance with TQPR, a Southeast Asian PR network with a strong presence in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, as well as Myanmar.

The alliance follows the 60% acquisition of GHC Asia by the Hakuhodo Group, one of the world’s top ten advertising and marketing groups, and is part of GHC Asia’s strategy to expand its regional offering.

“We did already have our own small presence in Bangkok, but we feel that the new strategic alliance will better enable us to more rapidly and significantly beef up our ability to serve clients in the Southeast Asian region,” said Paul Hicks, CEO of GHCAsia.

“We also see great synergies between the two businesses. TQPR has strength and expertise in some of the areas we already operate in, like travel and tourism, hospitality and aviation, while also adding new areas of expertise which we are trying to expand further into, such as automotive.”

Under the alliance, TQPR will service GHC Asia’s existing regional clients in Thailand, while the two companies will jointly seek opportunities to develop new business together.
